UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail to send all UK orders. All orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same day – anything after 3pm (or over the weekend) will be processed the next working day.

Please note: Special Delivery is a guaranteed next working day service, but this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday with Special Delivery will be dispatched Monday and delivered Tuesday.


International Shipping

We ship internationally via Teleship, our global shipping partner. Teleship operates on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning all duties and import taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout. There are no unexpected charges on delivery for you or your recipient.

Once your order is dispatched, Teleship handles customs clearance and tracked delivery direct to your door.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Rest of World

For destinations not yet covered by Teleship–including Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and all other countries not listed above–we ship via Royal Mail International. Please be aware that for these destinations:

  • Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout – your local customs authority may apply charges on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times are estimated at 7–14 working days, though this can vary depending on your country's customs processes.
  • Tracking is provided but may be limited once the parcel leaves the UK.

General Information

Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will begin processing the next working day. During busy periods (such as sales or new launches) processing may take an additional day – we'll always keep you in the loop if there's a delay.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your junk folder before getting in touch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow the following before contacting us:

  • UK orders: 10 working days from dispatch

  • International Teleship orders: 15 working days from dispatch

  • Rest of World orders: 20 working days from dispatch

Once this window has passed, please get in touch at info@barclondon.com and we'll do everything we can to help. Please note that Barc London cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout – we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@barclondon.com and we'll do our best to update it before it's processed.
